A free program open to members of the community. 

 This 12-step program is centered on our Savior Jesus Christ. 

 Participants may learn how  to utilize the Atonement to recover 

from symptoms of addictions-toxic & traumatic relationships- anger and 

  Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.  

Members can gain hope through the healing power of the atonement.

Finding confidence, peace and hope for spouses & family members who are 

 struggling with a loved ones' compulsive behaviors. Each 45 minute  session

includes educational materials with worksheets - discussion points - and

 supp​ort.

Introducing  "on-line telehealth Talk Therapy"

Learn  how to identify and resolve these symptoms.

 In ten  45 minute sessions you can gain  the knowledge, motivation for change.

 Eventually you begin to feel grateful and amazed with an increased confidence and sense of happiness.  

 In ten weeks you can develop the tools to manage unhealthy  symptoms of co-dependency.

 

This talk  therapy program utilizes the format of reading and education-talk therapy-group support-

 professional therapeutic counseling  facilitated by  highly trained and licensed
